Shipping

Every order ships from a US warehouse. Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days after they ship.

Shipping is free on orders of $99.99 or more. Orders under $99.99 ship for a flat $4.99.

Larger items, like the storage cabinet, may arrive in a separate package from the rest of your order.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping protection

Shipping protection is optional and costs 3% of your merchandise subtotal. You can add it in your cart before checkout.

If a protected package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, email us your order number (and a photo if it arrived damaged). You choose what happens next: a free replacement or a full refund for the affected items.

Orders without shipping protection are still covered by our 30-day return policy below.

30-day returns and refunds

Not the right fit? You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To start a return, email support@homewardgoods.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions and the address of the US warehouse your item shipped from. Please don't mail returns to our business address; they can't be processed there.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please send items back in the condition you received them, with all parts and hardware.

Once the warehouse receives your return, we'll refund the item to your original payment method.
