These terms apply when you use homewardgoods.com or buy from Homeward Goods, a business operated by Chet Hefton in Anna, Texas. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.
Promotions and discounts
Promotion codes, including the email signup code, can be entered at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, the signup code takes $10 off a first order of $50 or more, can be used once per customer, cannot be combined with other codes, and has no cash value.
Bundle and multi-buy prices are shown on the product page and in your cart before checkout. We may change or end a promotion at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
Product information and images
We work to describe every product accurately, including its dimensions and materials. Some lifestyle and film images on our site are digitally created or styled to show how a product looks in a home. Accessories and decor shown with a product are not included unless listed.
Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen.
Shipping
Delivery estimates, rates and shipping protection are described in our Shipping & Returns policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Refunds
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be sent back to the warehouse we provide, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Assembly and use
Some products require assembly. Follow the included instructions and weight limits, and anchor tall furniture to the wall where recommended.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Homeward Goods is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
